Luis is the former Director of Volunteer Development at Joel Osteen's Lakewood Church in Houston TX (2007-2018). Operating with more than 5,000 volunteers, Luis has seen it all when it comes down to volunteer management.

The combination of his ministry experience along with his corporate experience when he worked with HSBC, Microsoft and AT&T provide years of knowledge and best practices that can be applied to ministry.

Luis has become an expert in the areas of volunteer recruiting, placement, development and recognition and has developed practical programs for the implementation of any of these.
