Leading in the 21st Century

Generations tend to shape their culture, resulting in a constant need to adapt in order to better serve and communicate with that target generation. In my conversation with George Carballo, the District Youth Director for the Texas Louisiana Hispanic District, we talk about the current trends that appeal more to today's youth and how we can better reach them while staying true to the Gospel message.
